Summary of Job Responsibilities (Content and Main Objectives of the Job):
a) Manage, design, direct and supervise construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
b) Conduct site surveys and analyze data (maps, reports, inspections, drawings, etc.).
c) Conduct technical feasibility studies and design drawings to meet technical standards (study structural solutions reflected in site plans, cross-sections, and elevations of construction items and related drawings; Prepare structural estimates for construction; Draw structural drawings; Draw infrastructure drawings: roads, drainage, and other underground works...).
d) Evaluate potential risks, materials and costs.
e) Provide advice and resolve issues/deficiencies that arise.
f) Supervise and guide staff, liaise with relevant parties.
g) Monitor progress and report on project status.
h) Manage budgets and purchase equipment/materials.
i) Comply with industry guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety standards... and provide technical documentation and other required documents.
j) Report on work results in accordance with the Company's regulations and rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Receive a competitive salary based on individual capabilities (to be agreed upon).

c) Participate in training courses both domestically and internationally sponsored by the company; use specialized licensed software provided by the company.
d) Propose support and guidance from the design leader/design controller and/or head of department when facing major difficulties or issues beyond the decision-making authority.
e) Propose opinions on the construction of departments, centers, and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Education: Bachelor's degree or higher;
b) Expertise: Specialized in construction or related technical fields;
c) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience or more;
d) Computer skills: Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent.
e) Language proficiency: Minimum of B-level English or equivalent, able to read and translate technical documents in English, communication skills in English are encouraged.
f) Skills:

- - Understand and apply professional technical standards and regulations, as well as quality management system requirements applied in the Company's design work.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
a) Regularly work in the office;
b) Travel on business as required by the Company's leadership or assigned by the Head of Department / Director of the Center;
c) Equipped with full tools for work: desk, chair, computer, office supplies, and other equipment suitable for job requirements.
