On May 15, 2026, in Da Nang City, the 2026 Executive Committee Meeting of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS) took place with the participation of Executive Committee members nationwide. This was the Second Executive Committee Meeting of Term VII (2025 – 2030). Attending the conference, Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations – Ministry of Home Affairs, attended and delivered an address. The Second Executive Committee Meeting reviewed, evaluated, commented on, and approved numerous vital operational matters of the Association:

First, the meeting discussed, evaluated, and approved the Association's activities outlined in the Activity and Financial Revenue-Expenditure Report for 2025 since the VII Congress and the 2026 Activity and Financial Plan presented by Secretary-General Hoang Ung Huyen; along with the Report of the Association Inspection Committee regarding 2025 activities and financial work.

Second, the meeting reviewed, provided opinions, and approved the regulations and rules formulated and refined in accordance with the amended Charter approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Decision No. 522/QD-BNV dated May 13, 2026, and Decree No. 126/2024/ND-CP regulating the organization, operation, and management of associations by the Government.

With high responsibility, Members of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association reviewed and unanimously passed the Conference Resolution with high consensus.
