On May 27, 2026, the 2026 Employee Conference was held at the company headquarters. The conference was attended by the Board of Directors, Board of General Management, Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Youth Union Secretary, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, and all employees working at the company headquarters.

At the Conference, Mr. Luu Ngoc Vinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Representative of the Employer, presented the Report on Business and Production Performance, the implementation of policies and regulations concerning the rights and obligations of employees in 2025, and the Business and Production Plan for 2026. Mr. Nguyen Van Quy - President of the Company Trade Union, delivered a transparent report on the trade union revenue and expenditure in 2025 and reported on the draft 2026 Collective Labor Agreement.

In an atmosphere of democracy and openness, the Conference discussed, answered questions and recommendations from employees, and outlined practical solutions for implementation.

Exercising grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace, the conference voted with 100% consensus to elect members representing the collective employees to participate in periodic dialogue with the employer as nominated by the Trade Union Executive Committee. The Conference also approved contributions to the 2026 Social Security Fund in accordance with guidance from superior trade unions.

The conference concluded successfully in an enthusiastic and united atmosphere, with high determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 2026 Employee Conference.
