On May 17, 2025, at the company headquarters, CECO organized the 2025 Employee Conference. The conference was attended by members of the Board of Directors, Board of General Directors, Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Department Heads/Deputies, and all staff working at the headquarters.

At the conference, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vân Anh - Tổng Giám đốc, thừa ủy quyền của Đại diện người sử dụng lao động đã trình bày Báo cáo kết quả SXKD, tình hình thực hiện các chế độ chính sách liên quan tới quyền, nghĩa vụ của người lao động năm 2024 và Kế hoạch SXKD năm 2025. Ông Nguyễn Văn Quý - Chủ tịch công đoàn công ty đã báo cáo công khai các khoản thu-chi của công đoàn công ty trong năm 2024 để người lao động nắm rõ và báo cáo về dự thảo Thỏa ước lao động tập thể năm 2025.
