On April 15, Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.

Under the agreement, the two groups will focus on expanding cooperation across multiple sectors, especially training, research, the application of science and technology, innovation, and green transition in manufacturing, including products serving the semiconductor industry and high-tech industries. Concurrently, both sides agreed to promote investment cooperation and capital contributions into key projects across various sectors—aiming to expand operational scale and enhance competitive capacity.

CECO attended the signing ceremony as a specialized consulting subsidiary under Vinachem, selected as a partner providing technology consultancy and chemical industry engineering design services.
