This was the Second Executive Committee Meeting of Term VII (2025 \u2013 2030). Attending the conference, Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations \u2013 Ministry of Home Affairs, attended and delivered an address.
