The new law focuses on simplifying administrative procedures, tightening planning controls, and enhancing safety in construction investment activities\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Chemical Law No. 69\/2025\/QH15 (Chemical Law 2025) took effect on January 1, 2026, replacing the 2007 Chemical Law, introducing vital reforms in chemical lifecycle management, strict hazardous chemical oversight, and alignment with international standards.
