It is also an opportunity to reflect on achievements attained and ongoing challenges in the journey toward gender equality.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the celebrations for International Women's Day on March 8, CECO Trade Union organized cultural exchanges and artistic programs for female union members across the CECO system to celebrate beauty and dedication. One of the prominent events attracting widespread enthusiasm was the participation in \"Ao Dai Week\" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, International Women's Day has consistently accompanied \"Ao Dai Week\", receiving warm and heartfelt engagement. Across social media platforms, graceful images of female colleagues in traditional Ao Dai were proudly shared, spreading the timeless beauty of Vietnamese cultural attire... Beyond CECO, numerous organizations, enterprises, and partners also launched meaningful campaigns commemorating this special day, honoring women's contributions, creating opportunities for self-development, and working together towards an equitable society.
