In this context, Vietnam's fertilizer<\/a> export has achieved notable results over recent times, contributing significantly to the chemical industry's growth. Domestic fertilizer prices rising in tandem with world prices amid increasing demand and tight supply serve as driving forces for industry enterprises' recovery in 2024 and subsequent years.<\/p>\n

Investing in training and grooming successor leadership teams, establishing human resource welfare policies, merit-based promotion mechanisms, and balancing benefits for workers.<\/p>\n

Second<\/em>, fertilizer enterprises need to continually promote the application of Industry 4.0 technological advances. This industrial revolution has been providing numerous technological platforms for enterprises in fertilizer manufacturing and quality enhancement, advancing toward core technologies to drive industry growth, elevate scientific and technological capabilities, and meet advanced tech requirements when receiving foreign investment.<\/p>\n
