The conference was attended by the Board of Directors, Board of Management, Trade Union Executive Committee, department heads and deputy heads, and all employees working at the company office.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"size-large wp-image-8811 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ceco.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/vi-1-1365x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Overview of the Conference<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the Conference, Mr. Luu Ngoc Vinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Employer Representative, presented the Report on Production and Business Performance, the implementation of policies and regimes regarding employees' rights and obligations in 2023, and the Production and Business Plan for 2024. Mr. Nguyen Van Quy - Trade Union Chairman of the company, openly reported the financial revenues and expenditures of the company's trade union in 2023 for employee awareness, and introduced the draft Collective Labor Agreement for 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"size-full wp-image-8815 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ceco.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/zim.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"597\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Mr. Luu Ngoc Vinh delivers report at the conference<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thuy Nguyen - Member of the Board of Directors and Representative of the Controlling Shareholder Group, delivered guiding directives on the Company's development strategy in the forthcoming period, while directly answering inquiries raised by employees regarding working conditions and working environments.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"size-large wp-image-8816 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ceco.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/zim-1-1365x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mr. Nguyen Thuy Nguyen delivers speech<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In an atmosphere of open democracy, the Conference thoroughly discussed and addressed employee recommendations and put forward practical solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulation at the workplace, the Conference voted with 100% consensus to elect employee representatives to participate in periodic dialogue with the employer as nominated by the Trade Union Executive Committee.
