Theo kho\u1ea3n 5 \u0110i\u1ec1u 12\u00a0Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 146\/2018\/N\u0110-CP<\/a>\u00a0quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 th\u1eddi gian tham gia BHYT 05 n\u0103m li\u00ean t\u1ee5c nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n

– Th\u1eddi gian tham gia b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf 5 n\u0103m li\u00ean t\u1ee5c tr\u1edf l\u00ean \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u1ea3i c\u00f9ng chi tr\u1ea3 chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh. Th\u1eddi gian tham gia b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf li\u00ean t\u1ee5c l\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ghi tr\u00ean th\u1ebb b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf l\u1ea7n sau n\u1ed1i ti\u1ebfp l\u1ea7n tr\u01b0\u1edbc; tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p gi\u00e1n \u0111o\u1ea1n t\u1ed1i \u0111a kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 3 th\u00e1ng.<\/p>\n
