Theo \u0110i\u1ec1u 54 Lu\u1eadt B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i 2014 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i b\u1edfi \u0111i\u1ec3m a kho\u1ea3n 1 \u0110i\u1ec1u 219 B\u1ed9 lu\u1eadt Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng 2019, ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ee7 tu\u1ed5i v\u00e0 c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ee7 20 n\u0103m \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH tr\u1edf l\u00ean th\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u.<\/p>\n

Theo \u0111\u00f3, \u0110i\u1ec1u 56 Lu\u1eadt B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i 2014, t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1-1-2018, quy \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh b\u1eb1ng 45% m\u1ee9c b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n thu nh\u1eadp th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH v\u00e0 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 n\u0103m \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n

a) Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng nam ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2018 l\u00e0 16 n\u0103m, n\u0103m 2019 l\u00e0 17 n\u0103m, n\u0103m 2020 l\u00e0 18 n\u0103m, n\u0103m 2021 l\u00e0 19 n\u0103m, t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022 tr\u1edf \u0111i l\u00e0 20 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n

b) Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u1eef ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2018 tr\u1edf \u0111i l\u00e0 15 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n

Sau \u0111\u00f3 c\u1ee9 th\u00eam m\u1ed7i n\u0103m, ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0111i\u1ec3m a v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec3m b kho\u1ea3n n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh th\u00eam 2%; m\u1ee9c t\u1ed1i \u0111a b\u1eb1ng 75% ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH.<\/p>\n

Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022 tr\u1edf \u0111i, s\u1ed1 n\u0103m \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u \u0111\u1ec3 h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng t\u0103ng n\u1eefa. Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u1eef c\u1ea7n \u0111\u00f3ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 15 n\u0103m v\u00e0 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng nam c\u1ea7n \u0111\u00f3ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 20 n\u0103m \u0111\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u 45% m\u1ee9c b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n thu nh\u1eadp th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i.<\/p>\n

V\u00ed d\u1ee5: Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng nam \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n v\u1ec1 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2022 \u0111\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ee7 25 n\u0103m BHXH th\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u b\u1eb1ng 45% + (25-20) x 2% = 55% ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH. Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u1eef \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n v\u1ec1 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2022, \u0111\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ee7 25 n\u0103m BHXH s\u1ebd nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u v\u1edbi t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 45% + (25-15) x 2% = 65% ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH.<\/p>\n

K\u1ec3 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022, s\u1ed1 n\u0103m \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u \u0111\u1ec3 h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng thay \u0111\u1ed5i n\u1eefa. Lao \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u1eef c\u1ea7n \u0111\u00f3ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 15 n\u0103m v\u00e0 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng nam c\u1ea7n \u0111\u00f3ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 20 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n

Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, lao \u0111\u1ed9ng nam \u0111\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ee7 35 n\u0103m BHXH, \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n v\u1ec1 h\u01b0u n\u0103m 2022 s\u1ebd nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u01b0\u01a1ng h\u01b0u v\u1edbi t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 75% ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f3ng BHXH, \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 t\u1ed1i \u0111a.
