\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n Pinaco (m\u00e3 PAC) hi\u1ec7n \u0111ang s\u1edf h\u1eefu hai th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u n\u1ed5i ti\u1ebfng v\u00e0 l\u00e2u \u0111\u1eddi t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, pin con \u00f3 v\u00e0 \u1eafc quy \u0110\u1ed3ng Nai. Trong \u0111\u00f3, \u1eafc quy \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p h\u01a1n 80% doanh thu v\u00e0 h\u01a1n 90% l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn.<\/p>\n L\u00e0 doanh nghi\u1ec7p nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc, ngo\u00e0i th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u l\u00e2u \u0111\u1eddi, Pinaco d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i kh\u1eafp c\u1ea3 n\u01b0\u1edbc. Ban \u0111\u1ea7u, Pinaco chi\u1ebfm g\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng, nh\u01b0ng khi Vi\u1ec7t Nam m\u1edf c\u1eeda, Pinaco ph\u1ea3i san s\u1ebb th\u1ecb ph\u1ea7n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t v\u1edbi c\u1ea1nh tranh. M\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng \u0111\u1ed1i th\u1ee7 c\u1ea1nh tranh l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a Pinaco l\u00e0 GS Yuasa (Nh\u1eadt), gia nh\u1eadp th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng Vi\u1ec7t Nam t\u1eeb n\u0103m 1997. Khi Vi\u1ec7t Nam gia nh\u1eadp T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c Th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i Th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi (WTO) n\u0103m 2007, Pinaco kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n h\u01a1n v\u00ec ph\u1ea3i c\u1ea1nh tranh v\u1edbi c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m pin, \u1eafc quy nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i thu\u1ebf quan v\u00e0 c\u00f3 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n GS Yuasa, v\u1edbi l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf \u201c\u00f4ng l\u1edbn\u201d trong ng\u00e0nh, th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean \u0111i tr\u01b0\u1edbc Pinaco m\u1ed9t b\u01b0\u1edbc v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m. Khi Pinaco c\u00f2n t\u1eadp trung v\u00e0o d\u00f2ng \u1eafc quy \u01b0\u1edbt, th\u00ec GS Yuasa tung ra \u1eafc quy kh\u00f4 (k\u00edn) v\u00e0 sau \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 \u1eafc quy mi\u1ec5n b\u1ea3o d\u01b0\u1ee1ng, c\u00f3 \u01b0u \u0111i\u1ec3m t\u1ed1t, b\u1ec1n h\u01a1n n\u00ean ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i quan t\u00e2m ch\u0103m s\u00f3c nh\u01b0 lo\u1ea1i b\u00ecnh \u01b0\u1edbt. Trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh \u0111\u00f3, Pinaco c\u1ea1nh tranh ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu b\u1eb1ng chi\u1ebft kh\u1ea5u th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i n\u00ean thua thi\u1ec7t: gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n c\u1ee7a Pinaco d\u00f9 th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n nh\u01b0ng ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng v\u1eabn ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn theo ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u1edfi h\u1ecd c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n Kh\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea chi ti\u1ebft nh\u01b0ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn th\u1ea5y, Pinaco \u0111ang m\u1ea5t d\u1ea7n th\u1ecb ph\u1ea7n. Theo chia s\u1ebb c\u1ee7a v\u1ecb \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n GS Yuasa n\u0103m 2013, th\u1ecb ph\u1ea7n l\u00fac b\u1ea5y gi\u1edd c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd l\u00e0 40%. Trong khi hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, Pinaco n\u1eafm gi\u1eef 55-60% th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng mi\u1ec1n Nam v\u00e0 40% th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng mi\u1ec1n B\u1eafc, theo b\u00e1o c\u00e1o c\u1ee7a C\u00f4ng ty Ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n FPTS.<\/p>\n T\u1ec9 su\u1ea5t sinh l\u1ee3i tr\u00ean v\u1ed1n ch\u1ee7 s\u1edf h\u1eefu (ROE) c\u1ee7a Pinaco gi\u1ea3m d\u1ea7n t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2009 cho \u0111\u1ebfn nay, t\u1eeb m\u1ee9c g\u1ea7n 42% v\u1ec1 c\u00f2n quanh m\u1ed1c 12% trong 2 n\u0103m 2012 v\u00e0 2013. \u201cK\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh gi\u1ea3m s\u00fat trong nh\u1eefng n\u0103m g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y ph\u1ea7n n\u00e0o do t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf, nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi c\u0169ng th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n s\u1ef1 th\u1ea5t th\u1ebf c\u1ee7a Pinaco trong c\u1ea1nh tranh, ng\u00e0y m\u1ed9t gia t\u0103ng s\u1ee9c \u00e9p t\u1eeb c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m ngo\u1ea1i nh\u1eadp\u201d, b\u00e1o c\u00e1o c\u1ee7a C\u00f4ng ty Ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n R\u1ed3ng Vi\u1ec7t nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n \u0110\u1ec3 m\u1edf l\u1ed1i tho\u00e1t, Pinaco quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u1ea1y \u0111ua v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m. N\u0103m 2011, Pinaco x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y \u1eafc quy \u0110\u1ed3ng Nai 2 \u1edf Nh\u01a1n Tr\u1ea1ch, nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u00e0 m\u00e1y m\u00f3c t\u1eeb Nh\u1eadt; v\u00e0 r\u1ed3i sau \u0111\u00f3, nhi\u1ec1u lo\u1ea1i \u1eafc quy m\u1edbi li\u00ean t\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tung ra.<\/p>\n K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh d\u1ea7n t\u00edch c\u1ef1c v\u00e0 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n trong ph\u00e2n kh\u00fac OEM, s\u1ea3n su\u1ea5t \u1eafc quy cho xe h\u01a1i v\u00e0 xe m\u00e1y. N\u0103m 2014, Pinaco \u0111\u00e3 k\u00fd th\u00eam h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1edbi Yamaha v\u00e0 Piaggio. Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, Pinaco hi\u1ec7n \u0111ang cung c\u1ea5p \u1eafc quy cho c\u00e1c h\u00e3ng Honda, Yamaha v\u00e0 Piaggio (chi\u1ebfm t\u1ed5ng c\u1ed9ng 93,5% s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng xe m\u00e1y th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng Vi\u1ec7t Nam). M\u1ea3ng OEM \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi xe h\u01a1i c\u0169ng c\u00f3 nh\u1eefng \u0111i\u1ec3m s\u00e1ng. Pinaco \u0111\u00e3 nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn To\u00e0n c\u1ea7u Q1 t\u1eeb h\u00e3ng xe Ford, \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c \u1eafc quy Pinaco c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p cho Ford \u1edf b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 n\u01a1i n\u00e0o tr\u00ean th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi. Theo s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a FPTS, Pinaco hi\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfm 80% th\u1ecb ph\u1ea7n \u1edf ph\u00e2n kh\u00fac OEM.<\/p>\n M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng, nh\u01b0ng m\u1ea3ng OEM m\u1edbi ch\u1ec9 chi\u1ebfm 7% trong c\u01a1 c\u1ea5u doanh thu c\u1ee7a Pinaco, theo th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea c\u1ee7a FPTS. Tr\u00ean th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf, c\u00e1c h\u00e3ng \u1eafc quy lu\u00f4n c\u1ed1 g\u1eafng chen ch\u00e2n v\u00e0o OEM \u0111\u1ec3 n\u00e2ng cao v\u1ecb th\u1ebf cho s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m v\u00e0 t\u1ea1o \u0111\u00e0 cho th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng thay th\u1ebf \u0111i sau, ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 b\u00e1n tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp \u1eafc quy cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 thay th\u1ebf nh\u1eefng b\u00ecnh \u1eafc quy \u0111\u00e3 h\u01b0, c\u0169.<\/p>\n R\u00f5 r\u00e0ng sau khi c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng, Pinaco \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 th\u00eam l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf c\u1ea1nh tranh. Theo th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea c\u1ee7a FPTS, gi\u00e1 \u1eafc quy c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a Pinaco \u0111\u1ec1u th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n c\u1ee7a GS Yuasa. Tuy nhi\u00ean, Pinaco v\u1eabn \u0111ang ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ea1y \u0111ua v\u1ec1 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u1edbi c\u00e1c h\u00e3ng n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i. G\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y, GS Yuasa \u0111\u00e3 ra m\u1eaft d\u00f2ng \u1eafc quy E m\u1edbi v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u \u01b0u \u0111i\u1ec3m v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i.<\/p>\n C\u1ea3i t\u1ed5 \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1eef \u0111\u00e0<\/b><\/p>\n N\u1ed1i ti\u1ebfp \u0111\u00e0 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng trong n\u0103m 2014, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh trong n\u1eeda \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m 2015 c\u1ee7a Pinaco kh\u00e1 t\u1ed1t. Doanh thu v\u00e0 l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn tr\u01b0\u1edbc thu\u1ebf l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t \u0111\u1ea1t 1.092 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u00e0 62,65 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng, t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t \u1edf m\u1ee9c 15% v\u00e0 44,59% so v\u1edbi c\u00f9ng k\u1ef3.<\/p>\n T\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng cao k\u1ec3 tr\u00ean m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1eeb y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 kh\u00e1ch quan. Pinaco \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u1ee3i t\u1eeb vi\u1ec7c l\u01b0\u1ee3ng xe \u00f4 t\u00f4 b\u00e1n ra trong th\u1eddi gian g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y t\u0103ng m\u1ea1nh v\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c ngu\u1ed3n cung \u1eafc quy nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u b\u1ecb h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf trong n\u0103m 2014, do g\u1eb7p \u0111i\u1ec1u tra v\u1ec1 vi\u1ec7c khai sai thu\u1ebf nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u. Ch\u00ednh v\u00ec th\u1ebf, doanh thu c\u1ee7a Pinaco t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m 2014 t\u1edbi nay t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ed1t. C\u00f2n l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn, theo gi\u1ea3i tr\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a Pinaco, \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 nh\u1edd gi\u00e1 ch\u00ec, k\u1ebdm (chi\u1ebfm ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn nguy\u00ean v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u) ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c gi\u1ea3m. Theo B\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u SSI, gi\u00e1 ch\u00ec ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c gi\u1ea3m 10,5% so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2014. C\u00f3 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u (chi\u1ebfm t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 20%) nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u01b0\u1edbng c\u1ee7a Pinaco v\u1eabn l\u00e0 t\u1eadp trung v\u00e0o th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba.<\/p>\n S\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i trong v\u1ecb tr\u00ed l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ea1o c\u1ea5p cao c\u1ee7a Pinaco \u0111ang t\u1ea1o ra nhi\u1ec1u s\u1ef1 k\u1ef3 v\u1ecdng. T\u1ea1i k\u1ef3 \u0110\u1ea1i h\u1ed9i c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng ni\u00ean n\u0103m 2015 v\u1eeba qua, \u00f4ng L\u00e2m Th\u00e1i D\u01b0\u01a1ng l\u00ean gi\u1eef ch\u1ee9c Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng Qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb, c\u00f2n v\u1ecb tr\u00ed T\u1ed5ng Gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c v\u1eabn do \u00f4ng Tr\u1ea7n Thanh V\u0103n \u0111\u1ea3m nhi\u1ec7m. Trong khi \u00f4ng V\u0103n g\u1eafn b\u00f3 l\u00e2u v\u1edbi ng\u00e0nh \u1eafc quy, \u00f4ng D\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft \u0111\u1ebfn v\u1edbi vai tr\u00f2 Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng Qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb c\u1ee7a C\u00f4ng ty C\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n DAP-Vinachem (H\u1ea3i Ph\u00f2ng) c\u00f3 s\u1ed1 v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 1.461 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng, l\u1edbn h\u01a1n nhi\u1ec1u l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi Pinaco. DAP-Vinachem l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ty s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ph\u00e2n b\u00f3n v\u1eeba c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a trong n\u0103m 2014 v\u00e0 thu\u1ed9c T\u1eadp \u0111o\u00e0n H\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t Vi\u1ec7t Nam (hi\u1ec7n s\u1edf h\u1eefu 64%).<\/p>\n Hi\u1ec7n nay, c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u1eabn gi\u1eef vai tr\u00f2 quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh trong chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ee7a Pinaco, do \u0111ang s\u1edf h\u1eefu tr\u00ean 52%. So v\u1edbi khu v\u1ef1c t\u01b0, c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb theo ki\u1ec3u nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u01b0\u1eddng ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng v\u00e0 thay \u0111\u1ed5i ch\u1eadm h\u01a1n. Tuy nhi\u00ean, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 t\u00edch c\u1ef1c trong hai n\u0103m g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y cho th\u1ea5y, Pinaco \u0111\u00e3 t\u00ecm ra l\u1ed1i tho\u00e1t tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u00e1p l\u1ef1c l\u1edbn c\u1ee7a h\u00e0ng nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 nh\u1eefng \u201ctay ch\u01a1i\u201d FDI.<\/p>\n V\u00e0 c\u00f3 l\u1ebd \u0111\u00e3 \u0111o\u00e1n tr\u01b0\u1edbc cu\u1ed9c chi\u1ebfn c\u1ea1nh tranh kh\u1ed1c li\u1ec7t h\u01a1n trong th\u1eddi gian t\u1edbi, Pinaco quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u00e0nh s\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ec3 l\u00e0m pin, \u1eafc quy.
