Tuy nhi\u00ean, Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c c\u0169ng kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh, n\u0103m nay, NHNN s\u1ebd \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh  s\u00e1ch theo h\u01b0\u1edbng ki\u1ec1m ch\u1ebf l\u1ea1m ph\u00e1t. \u201cN\u1ebfu nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 kh\u00e1c di\u1ec5n bi\u1ebfn thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i,  gi\u1ea3m l\u1ea1m ph\u00e1t xu\u1ed1ng 10%, th\u00ec trung b\u00ecnh 1 qu\u00fd gi\u1ea3m 1% th\u00ec \u0111\u1ebfn cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m, m\u1eb7t b\u1eb1ng  l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 xoay quanh 10%\u201d, Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c n\u00f3i.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh, hi\u1ec7n nay t\u00ecnh h\u00ecnh thanh kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n,  nh\u01b0ng NHNN s\u1ebd \u0111i\u1ec1u ph\u1ed1i ngu\u1ed3n v\u1ed1n cho c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cho vay  \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c cho bi\u1ebft, nh\u1eefng t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u v\u1ec1 c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n thanh kho\u1ea3n tr\u00ean th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng  ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh qua vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng tr\u00e1i phi\u1ebfu ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 trong 2  th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m, l\u01b0\u1ee3ng tr\u00e1i phi\u1ebfu ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 m\u00e0 c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c n\u1eafm gi\u1eef t\u0103ng kho\u1ea3ng  10,5% trong 2 th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m ch\u1ee9ng t\u1ecf thanh kho\u1ea3n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u00e3  \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n. K\u1ef3 v\u1ecdng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng v\u1ec1 gi\u1ea3m l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t, gi\u1ea3m l\u1ea1m  ph\u00e1t.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u201cCh\u00fang ta c\u00f3 ti\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u00e0 c\u01a1 s\u1edf \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng kinh t\u1ebf x\u00e3  h\u1ed9i 2012. Hi\u1ec7n nay, l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t tr\u00ean th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng li\u00ean ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 gi\u1ea3m r\u1ea5t m\u1ea1nh,  trong th\u00e1ng 2, l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t 7-14% t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c k\u1ef3 h\u1ea1n, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 \u1edf m\u1ee9c \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0  l\u00e0nh m\u1ea1nh\u201d, Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c n\u00f3i v\u00e0 cho bi\u1ebft.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">C\u0169ng theo Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c, hi\u1ec7n Ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 c\u00f3 9 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng  y\u1ebfu k\u00e9m, chi\u1ebfm quy m\u00f4 ch\u01b0a \u0111\u1ebfn 10% trong ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng, nh\u01b0ng  c\u1ea3 9 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c n\u00e0y \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c NHNN ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ch\u1eb7t ch\u1ebd, hi\u1ec7n quy m\u00f4 c\u1ee7a 9 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c n\u00e0y  ch\u1ec9 c\u00f2n chi\u1ebfm 6% trong ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng, n\u00ean kh\u00f4ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng  nhi\u1ec1u \u0111\u1ebfn th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">C\u0169ng theo Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c, hi\u1ec7n nay, NHNN \u0111ang mua v\u00e0o 1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ngo\u1ea1i t\u1ec7 l\u1edbn \u0111\u1ec3  c\u00e2n \u0111\u1ed1i th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng, t\u0103ng d\u1ef1 tr\u1eef ngo\u1ea1i h\u1ed1i. Ri\u00eang 2 th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m, d\u1ef1 tr\u1eef ngo\u1ea1i  h\u1ed1i \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng 20%.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; \">Th\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ed1c cho bi\u1ebft, v\u1eeba qua tr\u00ean TTCK, c\u00f3 nh\u1eefng th\u00f4ng tin c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng th\u00e2u t\u00f3m  ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng n\u00e0y, ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng kia, \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c c\u1ee7a th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u00e2y c\u0169ng l\u00e0 t\u00edn  hi\u1ec7u t\u00edch c\u1ef1c cho th\u1ea5y th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u00ecn th\u1ea5y ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n  h\u00e0ng.
