The head office of CECO situates in a four-floor building of nearly 4000 m2 of floor area in 21A - Cat Linh - Dong Da - Ha Noi under the Company’s ownership.

More than two hundred people among total nearly 400 people of CECO are working in the head office, most of who are graduate or post graduate. In addition to the Company’s top management including Board of Directors, Board of Management and other departments under operation unit as: Finance - Accounting, Personnel – Administration, Accounting - Business, Quality Assurance, Information – Bidding and so forth, there are department under technical unit such as: Technology – Installation, Construction, Electric Engineering – Measurement – Automation and Water Supply – Drainage. The Management team of Research & Development Centre and Environmental Engineering Centre are also based here.
